Ingredients:
- 60 gm lentil flour
- 180 gm rice flour
- 1 tsb chili powder
- 1 tsb cummin powder
- 200ml coconut milk (heated)
- 50gm margarine
- salt
- curry leaves
- oil (for deep frying)
Method:
- Mix all dry ingredients. Rub-in the margarine to form bread crumb.
- Pour in the coconut milk. Knead to form a dough.
- In the heated oil, Throw-in the curry leave. Press-in the dough using the maruku mould. Fry till browning.
