  • 60 gm lentil flour
  • 180 gm rice flour
  • 1 tsb chili powder
  • 1 tsb cummin powder
  • 200ml coconut milk (heated)
  • 50gm margarine
  • salt
  • curry leaves
  • oil (for deep frying)


  1. Mix all dry ingredients. Rub-in the margarine to form bread crumb.
  2. Pour in the coconut milk. Knead to form a dough.
  3. In the heated oil, Throw-in the curry leave. Press-in the dough using the maruku mould. Fry till browning.

The only cookies for my raya. What a raya without Tat Gulung kan... :D
