Salad Telur

I did the followings:

1. Halve hard boiled eggs, seperate the white and yolk.
2. Mash the eggyolk and mix with mayonise.
3. Using a mould, press the eggyolk mixture into the white egg.
4. Garnish with salad leaves and tomato. Sauce.
