2nd trial buat, baru le turn out elok. I took recipe from Dayang's blog, our Kek Sarawak Specialist :D. Thanks Dayang!
- 500gm butter
- 1 and 1/2 cup sugar
- Essence vanila
- 10 eggs
- 3 cups plain flour
- 1/2 can condensed milk
- 1 cup horlicks
- 1 cup kaya spread
- 1 cup nestum
- Food Coloring (green) - we need this a lot!
- Beat butter and sugar till creamy.
- Eggs & vanilla - beat.
- Condensed milk & kaya spread- beat.
- Plain flour, nestum & horlicks.
- Color.
- Grease pan, baking sheet, pour batter into pan. Cover with plastik and tie. (i covered with aluminium foil)
- Steam - 4 hours.
