Cannelloni Tube
Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cup bechamel sauce
- 185gm canned tuna
- 200 gm ricotta cheese
- Sufficient mozarella cheese
- 10 - 12 canneloni tubes
- pepper
- dried parsley & dried oregano
Method:
- Make filling - mix tuna & ricotta cheese. Sprinkle some parsley and oregano - to taste.
- Prepare caserole - spread think layer of bechamel sauce into caserole.
- Spoon filling into cannelloni tube and arrange it into caserole. Repeat till finish.
- Pour the remaining bechamel sauce over the tube, drizzle with mozarella cheese. Bake in heated 180 celcius oven, till set.
