- 200gm flour
- 140ml water/milk
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 and half tablespoon sugar
- Half teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon yeast
- **Oil for frying
- **Chilli achovies (sambal ikan bilis)
- **Cucumber
- Except the ingredients marked **, knead everything to form a an elastic dough. Rest and proof to double the size.
- Knead again and devide into 8 small balls. Let it double the size again.
- Deep fry till golden brown.
- Halve the bun, and serve with sliced cucumber and anchovies.
