I do not know, what do they call this jering in english. Totally forgotten to check while i am unpack them before cooking :D. I just cooked this like the normal sambal, it just that i boiled that jering till tender, and cut them into julienne. And cook like the normal way - (ingredients : prawn, jering, union, chilli powder, tamarind, salat & sugar).
