Cendawan Goreng


Batter : Combination of corn flour, rice flour & plain flour, water, salt & lime paste (kapur makan) - prepare batter, not to thick and not to watery.

Clean mushroon (oyster mushroom), pat dry wth kitchen towel, dip it into the batter and fry in heated oil till it browning.

cendawan goreng ni memang sedap kan..rasa kenyalnya dah boleh ganti rasa daging ayam..yummy, petang ni jugak pg pasar malam beli cendawan ni..
