Sambal Sardine


Of all the food, i suddenly craving to this sambal sardine. huhhhhh! lunch, dinner & breakfast with just rice and sardine! What a day..

Ingredients: Onion, garlic, ginger, chilli powder, tamarind juice, salt, canned sardine.

Method: In heated oil, fry blended onion, garlic & ginger till fragrant. Add in chilli powder (add water if o dry) and let it thoroughly cook. Pour in tamarind juice and sliced onion, cook till sauce became thick. Salt to taste. Add in sardine and simmer for a while. (i just put little bit of sardine sauce from the tin, i didn put all as i dont like the fishy smell).

Me too! Me too! I pun makan sardine dengan nasi this weekend. Memang sedap kan.
