Chilied beef - mystyle!
- 300 gm beef - slice, boil till tender. Then fry till till the color turn golden - put aside.
- Fry 2-3 shallot, 1 garlic, little bit ginger, little bit shrimp paste & 1 stalk lemon grass (all pounded) in little bit oil, till fragrant.
- Add chili paste, keep stiring.
- Blend 1 big fresh tomato, pour in.
- Keep simmering for a while.
- Throw in the cooked beef.
