- 3-4 tsb oil, heated. Fry aniseed, cinnamon stick & clove.
- Add pounded 0nion, garlic, ginger, fry to fragrant.
- Add-in mixture of 3 tsb curry powder with 2-3 tsb water. Let it cook for a while.
- Add 250gm thinly sliced lamb and diced potato. Cook to tender. Add water if necessary.
- Add thick soy sauce.
- Cook thoroughly, and add tomato before switch off the stove.
