I dont have the exact measurement. Quantity of the flour is depending on how many karipap you would like to have to. To have the spiral, we need 2 different type of dough, i.e the one with butter and another one without butter. For the butter dough, just mix 50gm butter for every 100gm of plain flour. Below is the recipe for 200gm flour, which yielding approximately 24 karipaps.
- Dough A (butter dough) - 200 gm plain flour, 100gm butter softened. mix well. Add just little bit water to form a dough. set aside.
- Dough B (without butter) - 220 gm plain flour, little bit salt, pour sufficient water - just to form a dough.
- Make 12 small ball for dough A. Do the same for dough B.
