- Beef (sliced or cubed) - get it ready in a pan
- Onion, garlic, ginger, galangal, lemongass, tumeric- pound & throw-in together with the beef. Add-in chili powder and curry powder. Heat stove and simmer to tender, pour water in the middle if needed.
- Pour coconut cream, later on add kerisik. Keep simmering. Let it thoroughly cook and dry.
Ooopppss..i forgot to mention about my tumeric leave. Finely slice and throw into the rendang in the middle of cooking. The smell and taste will be lovely!
