Kuih Cara

Pandan & Durian Flavour. Basic recipe from Kak Jun (Myresipi).
  • 100gm plain flour
  • 200ml coconut milk/ fresh milk
  • 1 biji telur
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar for filling
  • Pandan essence/ durian essence
  • Food coloring (if necessary) - green / yellow
  1. Except sugar - Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Use blender to make it easier.
  2. Flavour/ color accordingly. It's your choice.
  3. Heat mould. Spray/grease with oil.
  4. Pour batter into mould.
  5. Half way cook, add 1/2 tsp sugar in the middle.
  6. Let it cook.

I wish I have this mould. Sedap ni makan kuih cara manis or berinti daging.

Fidah, when you balik Malaysia, can you get me mould please...or bila you leave Australia, jual me all your malaysian kuih mould....lagi better.

No Fidah, I dah 16 tahun tak balik...long story...

Please let me know if anyone going okay? I will bayar them for it. Vin also mau kuih pie tee punya mould please.
