- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- half cup white sugar
- 1 cup palm sugar
- 2 cups water
- salt to taste
- Boil both type of suar with water. Set aside and let it warm.
- Mix both type of flour and salt, and pour sugar mixture into it.
- Stir well and keep it overnite.
- Fry till browning. Tips: I poured 1 scoop of oil for 1 scoop or batter.
