What i did..
- Using mortar, i pounded my jering.
- Blend chilli & tumeric & onion (optional). Pour in the very lite coconut milk & throw in jering, cook till jering became tender.
- Stir in dried tamarind, tempoyak (fermented durian) and fish. I like blue mackarel when come to this dish.
- Pour in coconut milk. Salt to taste.
- Let them boil for one time, and its done!.
