It's a pickled chillies..to be exact! I had this with my bihun goreng, or just have it like that with rice. I told you...i like hot stuf lately!!
- Mixture of sugar and salt in hot water, stir till disolved.
- Add in chillies in it..and keep it.
- It will be ready in 2-3 days time. Can last long if stored in the fridge.

Do you have any exact recipe for the pickled chillies? and vinegar is not needed in this?
